This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and communication on employee performance. Furthermore, this research is also to determine the simultaneous influence of Discipline and Communication on Employee Performance. This study took a sample of 96 employees of PT. Baja Agung Kharisma Utama Medan. The research approach used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Testing the results partially shows that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Great Steel of the Main Charisma. Testing the results partially shows that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Baja Agung Kharisma Utama, Simultaneous test results show that discipline and career development have a positive and significant impact on employee performance
