Abstract

Destination study is for know influence motivation to performance, knowing influence satisfaction work on employee performance, knowing influence discipline work on employee performance, and knowing by simultaneously influence motivation, satisfaction work and discipline work by simultaneous on Employee Performance. type study this including study descriptive quantitative. The study technique taking sample used in a study is method census or withdrawal sample with method saturated sampling. Researchers use all member populations as object research. Amount population study amount 75 employees. Data collection techniques are carried out with a questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out with testing hypothesis t-test, f test, and t-test. Research results Motivation (X1) has an effect by positive and significant on Performance, Satisfaction Work (X2) has an effect positive signs on the performance of employees, Discipline (X3) is influential positive and significant to the performance of employees. Test Results by simultaneously is known the calculated F value is 25,327 and the value of Sig. is 0.000. Is known The calculated F value is 25.327> F table 3.093 and the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05. This thing shows that motivation, satisfaction work, and discipline together or simultaneously take effect significantly on the performance of employees. Coefficient result determination (R2) has an Adjusted R Square value of 0.511 which means 51.1 percent. The value could interpret variable motivation, satisfaction work and discipline capable influence performance employee by 51.1% and the remaining 48.9% is explained by the variable or factor other, no researched in research this.
