Comparative Analysis of the Financial Statements of PT. Blue Bird Before and After Joining Gojek

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze ratio liquidity, solvency, and profitability in 2017-7-20 21. Quantitative research is a model of research used in this paper. Quantitative research is one of several research models used with the aim of finding a population or sample using measuring instruments or research instruments, analyzing data with quantitative or statistical properties to test the results of research that have been made. Referring to the liquidity ratio, it can be seen that when Blue Bird had not cooperated with Gojek, Blue Bird's profit decreased by approximately 2 percent, a year later it fell free by 20 percent, after that it was acquired by PT. Gojek Indonesia and the profit graph are visible. increased a year later by 70 percent. The movement of the blue bird's cash ratio value has decreased since 2017-2019, with movement numbers of 108.80%, 93.64%, and finally 61.43%. Then increase return of 124.85% in 2020. Table of Debt to Asset Ratio shows that the ratio percentage from 2017 to 2021 shows state change positive with the number of assets that are made as collateral in paying debts is decreasing. And it can be seen that ROE shows good develop nt  from 25.79% in 2017 to 26.31% in 2018, however next show existence degradation number as much as 17.11% in 2019. Then decrease Becomes by 9.71% in 2020. Up to finally ROE experienced drop  return by 2.90% in 2021.
